Our friendly bikers will administer and guide you through the simple saliva self-collection test. They are fully vaccinated and have undergone strict training on health protocols.

Find a comfortable area to conduct the test safely (for at least 30 mins).

Parking fee (if any) will be collected.
If you are in a commercial / public / office space, please make sure you have permit from the building admin so we will not be asked to stop and leave during collection.
Internet is needed by the collector, if data is weak in your area, collector might request to connect to your wifi.

You will receive a text/ call to inform you of your schedule.
Reschedule if there are problems or if you're asymptomatic.
A no show or reschedule fee of P400 applies if it is done within 4 hours of your appointment.

No brushing, drinking, eating, smoking, vaping, putting lipstick, etc.
Specimen should be clear & non viscous. No discoloration, blood, food debris, phlegm or any impurities.
Fill at least half of the tube (1ml). Otherwise result may be INVALID.
Refunds

RT-PCR Saliva test is NON-REFUNDABLE except for the following reasons;
confirmed double bookings, emergency cases and humanitarian reasons.
